We have released many new genomes along with new versions of all unpublished assemblies on our BLAST and download servers.

We are sequencing, assembling and annotating the genomes of all Caenorhabditis species currently in culture. Our project is an international collaboration between labs who aim to place Caenorhabditis elegans within an evolutionary context.
